I have had the good fortune to work with some of the best 3rd party luxury vendors throughout my life and even with that said I NEVER take the time to post positive service reviews. Working with Ken at River City Boat Sales and Marine Services relative to my pontoon boat acquisition earlier this year was so incredibly positive I concluded I had a duty to express my thanks and admiration for such an incredibly positive experience. To that end I want to very expediently note several positive attributes relating to River City:

1. When I arrived at River City looking to purchase a pontoon boat nobody tried to sell me anything. Instead, Ken just listened to what I wanted to achieve and he showed me the boat options that were most likely to meet my needs.

We had a two-year-old Yamaha ar195 and loved the performance but wanted more room. We went all over the map and changed our minds several times between pontoon and bigger Yamaha, etc. Stewart was patient and would point out the pros and cons of each choice. He answers my 10, 000 questions. He took us on multiple boat rIdes to Find the right boat. Never pushing for a sale just what was in our best interest. I appreciate that! We went full circle and ended up with a larger 212Se. They stored the boat for us for the winter and did our service and a couple of small manufacturer's warranties. I couldnt ask for more. I have now put 25 hours on the new boat. Very satisfied. Friendly staff, that answered all of my questions and enabled me to drive out with my boat the following morning. Not a salesman, not pushy, not trying to sell me more than I wanted. It's the perfect boat for us and well priced.

My wife and I bought a brand new 26` Regal Express in 2018 and Ken took the time out of his day to show it to us (it was his day off). We bought it. Our family purchased a Cobalt R3 Surf from River City last year. Although nice, the boat had several stubborn warranty issues that were not easily resolved. Stewart and Troy stuck with it, however, and worked with Cobalt to fix the boats issues. Its now the amazing boat I was dreaming of when we bought it. I highly recommend River City, they take great care of their customers!

I want to share my experience regarding the outstanding service we have received form Stewart at River City Boat Sales. Last spring we purchased a Regal 2300 and put 75 hours on it over the summer. As with most major products that you purchase there is always going to be some issues warranty or otherwise. At the end of the summer Stewart offered to retrieve our Regal, from another state I might add, and correct the issues plus house it over the winter. This last week Stewart returned our 2300 clean and shiny with all issues corrected. As far as I'm concerned he went over and above my service expectations. Also, overall we couldn't be happier with our Regal 2300. Thank you Stewart and River City Boats.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable sales and service staff. I had been considering a boat purchase for the last couple of years. While I was looking at all my options I stumbled upon River City Sales and Marine Services. I was originally looking at a brand that they did not carry. Stewart and Avery took the time to show me one of their brands that might interest me (Cobalt) and their knowledge and sales approach was different. There was no pressure to buy, they knew the product well enough to know that the quality would sell itself. When it came time to purchase (a Cobalt 200s they had already in stock) they sourced some additional components I wanted added at extremely competitive prices, and Troy and his team in service installed them with the same level of craftsmanship and care that the factory would have taken. Stewart, Avery and Troy worked as a team to provide exemplary customer service during my purchase experience. On a subsequent visit a few weeks later I went back asking for advice on my trailer brakes and cleaning products. I spoke with Ken Guerins and he took me in the prep area where they detail all the boats and showed me what they use and tips on how to use the products. He then gave me some samples to try. He was very helpful, and only at the end of my half hour conversation with him did I realize he owned the place. These people are genuine and a pleasure to do business with.

We've owned our boat that we purchased through River City for a year now. We loved the process BUT the most important part of any business is the service after the purchase. We've taken our boat in for a few fixes (bumps and bruises we've caused) and they've gone above and waayyy beyond to fit us in to their schedule so that we can get right back on the water. I visited River City to look at a Reinell Powerboat and Stewart Mers helped us. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and we ended up putting a down payment on the boat and we left. My wife and I changed our minds and decided we wanted a Yamaha that Stewart also had for sale. I called Stewart on his day off and he was very understanding and said "No problem at all" We went back to look at the Yamaha and decided that was our boat. Again Stewart was very helpful. We agreed that on the next nice day , we would test drive it and I would bring it home.....that took a while. After weeks of the launch flooding and waiting for a nice day , my day came last Saturday 4/15/17. Stewart took me on the boat , showed me everything , and got the boat trailered up for me. This was my first experience with River City and it will not be my last.....Stewart is very professional , helpful , and very knowledgeable. The other guys around there are also very helpful , willing to help you with anything. Good Customer Service is hard to find these days......Excellent Customer Service is very rare and these guys provide just that......an excellent experience from start to finish.....Well done Stewart and River City.....I'll be back!!

After making the decision to purchase our first boat and being totally frustrated with a boat dealership near our home town, I searched the Internet for a septic type and size boat. I found a boat meeting my wife and I's criteria and called this dealership. I felt totally comfortable with the owner Ken whom I found very knowledgable about the boat we were considering. The boat we were interested was an older boat, but appeared to be in excellent condition based on the website information. The boat was completely detailed and serviced and presented as practically immaculate.We offered to make a deposit to hold the boat until we could make the 3 hour drive, but Ken told us not to worry. A week later, we visited the dealership and the boat was brought out to us by staff and we received a complete run through followed by a water test drive. We received a very good price on the boat and accessories and made the purchase.What we appreciated the most, was the attention to detail on preparing the boat for sale and the excellent customer service. My wife and I had several calls and text messages to Ken which were always answered promptly. I highly recommend this dealership and when the time comes to upgrade to a larger vessel, we will be coming back.

I have Bennington pontoon boat (which we love) that we purchased from another dealer in central Oregon who is no longer a Bennington dealer. Our boat is 7 years old and the cover is showing some wear. The central Oregon weather has not been kind to it, but it protected our boat well. I contacted Ken at River City Boat Sales to purchase a new cover. Ken was very courteous and prompt responding to my email inquiry. I was able to order a new cover and Ken made sure that it was an exact fit. The new cover is of even better quality than the original. I wandered into River City Boats in 2013 looking into the Yamaha boats. Although I didn't buy from Stewart at that time, he still entertained my browsing without any pressure. We bought a used open bow from a friend and quickly found out the boat would not fit our family and our needs. Fast forward to 2014, and we upgraded to a 2014 Yamaha 212X and couldn't be happier.
